Nikki Etienne
I gained my degree in Education at Westminster College in Oxford in 1995 and my first teaching position was in a primary school in Welwyn Garden City where I stayed for 5 years teaching predominantly in the early years and K.S.1. I joined The Leys Primary School in Stevenage in 2000 as a class teacher and team leader.
Following this I set up and ran a very successful Nurture Group before entering a senior leadership role. I was the deputy headteacher in this school for 6 years and prior to that, I was an assistant headteacher for 4 years. Altogether, I have been involved in education for 24 years and have a vast breadth of experience and knowledge to assist me within this role.
